How to: Run the Game in Windowed Mode

1) you need to go to EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\Mods\BF1942\Settings

2) Open the VideoDefault.con file with notepad.

3) the first line you see will be:

Code Select Expand

renderer.setFullScreen 1
Change this value to:

Code Select Expand

renderer.setFullScreen 0
4) Save the file.

This should make the game run in a window rather than fullscreen. Be sure to change your resolution before joining a server, else the window will be too big for your screen!
